Pilates

Pilates is often recommended by GPS and Chiropractors.


It is a flow of gentle exercises and stretches to improve core strength, flexibility, balance and coordination which in turn improves mobility.


It's a relaxing exercise suitable for all ages and abilities.


I teach through demonstration and hands on correction to ensure you carry out the moves correctly getting the best out of each move.


I currently hold classes Wednesday mornings 9:30-10:30am at Knightwood Leisure Centre in Chandlers Ford as well as Wednesday evenings 6-7pm at Dual Fitness Training Ltd in Calmore Industrial Estate, Totton.


I offer 1-2-1 Pilates sessions as well as group sessions and can do 30 minute sessions at your workplace on lunch breaks too.


I also provide cover for several venues which I will provide details of as and when
